I agree with this writer.
English is an international language, but Japanese are not good at speaking English, because pronunciation is very difficult for us, so we can not speak fluently. I think Japanese have to learn English from early age. I agree that children study English at elementary schools, because children are not good at new language, so it is necessary to familiarize English with children from early age. Indeed, it is also important that we learn our culture or history. But English will be more neccesary to our life in nearly future, so we have to learn correct pronunciation, and we have confidence in our English skill.

I agree with a author, because I think it is true that Japanese men do not have cooperativeare relationship with women .
Most of men do not "omori" , and they think that "kosodate" is a women's work.
Man should their mind, and they help their wife.

Table Manners
Have you ever eaten in a foreign restaurant? Where? What did you eat? Did you make any mistakes? Please explain your experience. Did you learn anything?
I went recently went to French restaurant with my family in CLAYTON BAY HOTEL. We ate course. Restaurant staff reserved a private dining room for us, because we have a baby. I did not make mistake, but my sister did. My sister did not know that using a fork and a knife from that outside, so she used these from inside. Although she seemed to be shameful, I think that it tought her a good lesson.
